1957 A coupe for sale- info and pics
As listed on the Registry website, I have had an enormous response and am now posting the info and pics that everyone is asking for instead of forwarding them one by one.
The car is an A normal with believed to be original running gear still in place. Turns over with the key, has not been run in 25 years so I didn't give it any gas but it turns over fine. Some of the interior is gone. No seats, or door panels. Car has no glass or trim. Everything that I have for the car is in the photos, sorry no boxes of all the things it's missing. I got the car from the son of the PO, now deceased and he is the one that removed the parts, in preparation for restoration. I will give the buyer his contact info- he says lots of the parts are still in his late fathers garage but I've yet to see them. Body is quite solid with a couple small rust throughs. Floors are solid. Battery box has slight rust on left and right sides, but not bad. Wheelwells look nice. Longitudinal boxes show some rust but the tubes like fine. Hood is original and unkinked. Paint code shows silver and the rear side panels are red so I'm assuming it had red interior.
I am not hurried to sell the car but don't feel it's fair to drag it out for a long time. I had listed it at 10.5 but immediately received offers for greater than asking price. Feel free to email me with any questions and best would be to include your phone number. I will be accepting the best offer received as of Monday at 5pm.
Clean Title, just in case you'd like to have that too..
